About Mike From Church
This is the main introduction and topic on the first page of my web site. It covers topics also of church vs.synagogue; daily exhortation; fellowship

It's All About You Lord
This page covers the topics of knowing God, His voice, the christian conscience; the Spirit within; and the need not that any man should teach you.

We Can All Know Him
This section covers many topics: how to find God; what to expect; what was prophesied; etc.. It will also introduce and lead up to my next section about the math experiences in everyone's life.

Doing The Math
This is the section on the main page that introduces my saying "do the math".

More About "Doing" The Math
This section explains God's math in much more detail. It also attempts to teach how to see the math in our testimony as well as the reason for it all.
About Mike From Church - It's all about you Lord
I am not here to proselytize for a church, organization, fellowship, etc.. I am not here to demand that you believe any of my doctrine to be saved. Sometimes we miss the point of it all: It is not what we do; It is not what we know; BUT, IT IS WHO WE "KNOW"

Soon, each one of us will stand before God and give an account.

It is here on this earth (during each one of our short life times) that we need to come to "know"
our maker.

After we leave this earth, it will be to late!

Maybe you were brought up in a Christian church or religion, but never developed a relationship or have come to "know" him.

Our Lord foretold (prophesying) that many will come to him in that day saying that they did many "wonderful works" in His name, but he will answer: depart from me, I never "knew" you (Matthew 7:23).

Each one of us needs to come to the moment of complete honesty of heart and answer this one question before we leave this earth:

Lord, Do I "know" you?

YOU are the only one that can answer this question.

Please keep in mind that we will all stand before Him alone.

Your pastor, priest, guru, etc., will not be there with you saying "he knows you Lord".

In fact, who ever it is that convinces you that you know Him or that you know Him in the right way, will not be there!

Understand first that I am not speaking to condemnation, I am speaking from experience. I had to grow into a relationship with God alone and I was forced to realize that there was no preacher that could tell me if I was saved or not. Only from my personal experience and knowing the difference, can I stand today in faith.

I am here to testify that there is no church or organization or person, that can save you. On the contrary though, there are many that will try and be your relationship. If a church could save you, then you would not need to know the Lord or have a relationship with God at all. All you would need to do would be to go to Church and listen to the preacher and believe what he says. This of course would be just fine if the preacher was preaching Christ and Him alone through the ministering of the Spirit. Not with men's wisdom, but in power making the thoughts of your heart manifest and bearing witness to His work in you. Changing your heart as you not only grow to realize who he is, but also come to know him and how He has or is becoming part of you.

This is what John was talking about when he said:

"These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you. But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming." (I John 2:26-28)

The first thing to realize concerning this issue and our time, is that this is Bible prophecy AND we need to "see" where we are coming from and the darkness that still surrounds us.

"Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth" (I Timothy 4:1-3)

John warns of those that would "seduce" you and then Paul alerts Timothy of the Spirit prophesying this issue in the "later times".
If you do not think that we are in the "later times" now after 2000 years, you need a wake up call. Are you still waiting for the great "falling away" spoken in 2 Thessalonians 2:3?

Have a look at the first century (read the book of acts) and compare the works to every other century over the last 2000 years. What happened to the signs and wonders that started with and witnessed the first rain prophesied by Joel? (Acts: 2:43; 4:30; 5:12; 6:8; 7:36; 8:6; 8:13; 14:3; 15:12) I can prove from survived written works that they still existed in about 180 A.D. However, I can see that by about the fourth century all signs and wonders are no longer seen as Rome had just about finished her conquest and adorned and disguised herself as Christian.

OR are you going to teach me that the Gospel that Jesus taught was to torture and kill those that do not become part of "The One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church"?

Look where we have come from!

What are we the product of?

How are we to justify things?

Did you know that it was only about a hundred years ago that the Mormon church in Utah cut the throats of members caught in the act of adultery, so that their blood would spill on the ground to atone for their sin? This is the Mormon doctrine of "blood atonement" and members were regularly murdered for gross sin for many years. To the Mormon Church (in their doctrine), the blood of Jesus only covers past sins. Future sins need to be covered by your own blood! So we see that in these murder cases, they were doing people favors by allowing them to: dig their own graves; and then helping them slit their throats; pouring their blood to the ground; and then dumping their bodies into the hole and covering them up!

Follow along with me now, because there is a method to my madness here.

AGAIN, look at where we come from!

Today, Federal Agents and the National Guard would be taking over Utah and bringing Joseph Smith into custody. The Mormon church would be a cult in the eyes of the U.S. Government and its leaders would all be locked away.

Along another line of thought: All of the early Popes would had been locked up taken into custody by U.N. Solders and Federal agents would be digging up bones under all of the churches in our country. This would be BIG NEWS covered by CBS, NBC, BBC and every news agency around the globe!

Don't get me wrong here: I am not on any hate campaign, I am only calling history to our remembrance so that you can clearly see that

Murder and all kinds of injustice, is simply no longer accepted!

We are becoming a more "Christ Like" world every day since the reformation took place. Within the Christian church there are no more "religious" evil inquisitions, tortures, accusations of being witches, heretics, etc.. While it is true that our world is still in recovery, we must also see that we are not there yet.

We are coming from a background of being told what to believe, how to think and what God is saying to us. In fact, some are still asking "men" to forgive them as a "priest" of God then tells them what they must now do to be forgiven (though I believe this is all on the way out now and that we are coming into a great time of revival).

"And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more" (Jeremiah 31:34)

Since we all know that we need pastors and teachers, until "that which is perfect is come": When we read that you "need not that any man teach you" (I John 2:27), we know that it is talking about something different from simply being taught by pastors and teachers. From the context, it is easy to see that John is talking about the same thing that we are here. While we need pastors and teachers, we do not need someone else to step between us and God. John said: "These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you" (I John 2:26). Concerning them that would take away that inner voice that IS ABLE to lead you and teach you what is right and wrong, by the spirit anointing inside of you he continues: "ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming (I John 2:27-28).

Wow - Look at what we just read:

"that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him"

This is where we started?

Scroll back up to the top of the page and look - OR Here I will show it below

Here is how I started this page:
Soon, each one of us will stand before the judgment seat of Christ and give an account.
It is here on this earth (during each one of our short life times) that we need to come to "know" our maker.
After we leave this earth, it will be to late!
Each one of us needs to come to the moment of complete honesty of heart and answer this one question before we leave this earth: Lord, Do I "know" you?
YOU are the only one that can answer this question.
Please keep in mind that we will all stand before Him alone.
Your pastor, priest or guru, etc., will not be there with you saying "he knows you Lord".
In fact, who ever it is that convinces you that you know Him or that you know Him in the right way, will not be there!

We need to grasp the fact that we do not need anyone to teach us to "know the Lord". We all need to come to the realization (like John is teaching) that our teachers today should actually be pointing us to a "confidence" and real "one on one" relationship, where we "know" him and we are not "ashamed before him" when we stand in front of him on that day.

This is what Paul taught about the conscience:

"I have lived in all good conscience before God until this day" (Acts 23:1)

What did he mean by this "good conscience before God"? Notice that in the next place that Paul talks about this, that it is again in the context of the coming and the resurrection and judgment of the just and unjust. Paul knew that he was going to stand before the Lord and give an account. This is the reason that Paul says that he strives to always have "a conscience void of offence toward God".

"And have hope toward God, which they themselves also allow, that there shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust. And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offence toward God, and toward men" (Acts 24:15-16)

Do you have "a conscience void of offence toward God"? If you were to stand before him RIGHT NOW can you say that you are ready like Paul did?

How did Paul teach we could have "a conscience void of offence toward God"?

First of all Paul already taught that if we walk in the spirit we will not fulfill the lust of the flesh. When we listen to God and have the spirit of Christ in our hearts crying Abba father (Gal.4:6), we are those taking on a new spiritual nature. As the scripture prophesied long ago, the heart of stone would be taken away (symbolized by the law being written on stony tablets) and giving us a heart of flesh. It was foretold that God would put his spirit inside of us (Ezekiel 11:19; 36:26; Jeremiah 31:33 Hebrews 8:10;10:16) and cause us to keep his laws "And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them" (Ezekiel 36:27). Fulfilled: "For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves: Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;) In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel" (Romans 2:14-16)

Again notice in the scripture above that this is in the context of the judgment seat of Christ!

The prophecy has been fulfilled!!!

Now as for: "and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another", our conscience will bear witness as our thoughts will either accuse us (Holy Spirit conviction) or "excuse" being: the thought is in the will of God's word; OR the receiving of forgiveness and/or clean conscience received while repenting; hearkening; or giving it over to God. Now our conscience bears witness with the Holy Spirit that we have obeyed from the heart: "I say the truth in Christ, I lie not, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost, (Romans 9:1)

We must be careful not to allow anyone to bring us condemnation and defile our conscience "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit" (Romans 8:1) Even if condemnation was taught to you, there is time to recover: "For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things. Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God. And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight" (I John 3:20-22)

The people that would preach this condemnation to you, deny God by "making shipwreck" of their faith (1 Tim 1:19) and "sear" their conscience as with a "hot iron" (1 Tim 4:2) have given themselves over to mans: commandments; laws; religion; traditions; fables; etc.. Their conscience has been turned from the "truth" (that you need not that any man teach you) and has become defiled. Even though they may do "good works", they do not "know him": "Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth. Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled. They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate" (Titus 2:14-16) Concerning YOU these people sin against the Spirit of Christ (who lives in you) as they "wound" or pierce your conscience: "But when ye sin so against the brethren, and wound their weak conscience, ye sin against Christ. (I Corinthians 8:12)

Receive this in balance. Those that are reprobate concerning the truth, no longer care and are not able to feel convicted. Their conscience is seared and scared over, while God's people are sensitive and are drawn in closer to him. Those that are snared or trapped by satan are lied to and held back from doing Gods will with thoughts that: I am lying to myself; I am not good good enough; it is too late to change; or even that they committed the unpardonable sin!

If you worry about these kinds of things, please feel some comfort in that you could in no way feel these things if you really were reprobate! Say a simple prayer to God right now and ask for His GRACE. Ask God to show you his love and to heal and renew your mind and conscience. Start praying to God in faith asking him to reveal himself to you in a way that you can understand, while you then watch continually for signs from him. Signs and wonders in the original Greek: sign; omen; a prodigy; a wonder

Things to remember:

1.) I have the spirit of God abiding inside of me and his laws are being written on my heart
2.) I do not need that any man teach me or take the place of the Holy Spirit or what he has written or is writing into my life.
3.) I can "know" God for myself!
4.) God speaks to me and tells me what to do and leads me about and everything that he says is "truth and no lie"

Notice that those that would seduce you will tell you His voice is a lie, or cause you to doubt that it is TRUTH! (the spirit of truth that the world can not see or know: John 14:17). Also this is in reference to the Holy Spirit that was to come and live within us: "Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be IN you. I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I IN you". (John 14:17-20). Notice above that in that day "you will know"? Why do we not need that "any man teach us" to know the lord? "Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. (John 16:13) This promise is for each of us! This is all about the Holy Spirit and gifts. Notice "he speaks" and "shews you things to come"? We need to be led by God's Spirit! "For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God" (Romans 8:14) Unless we realize that he dwells in us and let him lead us, we are reprobate and of no use. This is why we NEED to examine ourselves and "know" that HE is leading us: "Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is IN you, except ye be reprobates?" (II Corinthians 13:5) We can "know" as John says was his purpose for writing (1 John 5:13) "that you may know" not "think" or "hope". If the scripture above says that those that are led by Gods Spirit and hear his voice are "his sons", what about those without the Spirit of Christ? "But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his". (Romans 8:9)

OK, time to bear witness!
Jesus taught that there are sheep and there are goats!

YOU are a sheep!
You are NOT a goat!

In John chapter 10 Jesus said: vs.27 "My sheep hear my voice" (are you hearing Jesus right now?) vs.4 "he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice". vs.5 "And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers". A voice of a stranger is ANY voice that: tries to over power; or take control over; or be louder then that still small voice "inside" of you. This "strangers voice" is the one that will bring you into bondage with judgments and commandments of men. They draw you into their own personal confusion (they justify themselves while wresting the scriptures), as they cause the conscience of others to be continually or often wounded and later scared or seared while they bring their own personal judgments to them. This is what Paul was pointing out when he said "Conscience, I say, not thine own, but of the other: for why is my liberty judged of another man's conscience?" (I Corinthians 10:29)

Paul taught against others intercepting the "manifestation" (or voice) of the Holy Spirit speaking inside of you. He spoke how they used craftiness to deceitfully twist the scriptures, instead, of "commending" (Greek synistáo:approve, commend, consist, make, stand with) "every man's conscience in the sight of God":

"But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God" (II Corinthians 4:2)

While church and fellowship is a must, do not allow anyone to put you into ANY KIND of "a box" that keeps you from hearing HIS voice or doing His will.

Jesus is the only way to come to know God. John said: No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him." (John 1:18) Some people put their faith in: religion; religious tradition; churches; pastors; priests; books; etc.. Jesus said: "... I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." (John 14:6)

Some even put their faith in the Bible along with it's many promises, without ever coming to know their creator. Jesus said: "Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me" (John 5:39)

Paul even prophesied while quoting Isaiah 28:11-12 saying "saith the Lord", that others can even speak in tongues without ever hearing God: "In the law it is written, With men of other tongues and other lips will I speak unto this people; and yet for all that will they not hear me, saith the Lord" (I Corinthians 14:21) The real point in all of this is that we can not risk putting anything in the place of having a real relationship with God. WE NEED TO "HEAR" and "Hearken" to Him.

"While it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts" (Hebrews 3:15)

It is all about hearing his voice and is the method that God speaks to us today. In times past God spoke to us through the Prophets, but today he speaks to us through his son. Paul said "you seek a proof of Christ speaking in me" (2 Cor.13:3).

"God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds" (Hebrews 1:1-2)
